Qualifications

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs and plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using evidence-based practices.
• Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Collaborates with providers and team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive patient/family outcomes.
• Documents according to organizational standards, policies and procedures.
• Engages in quality improvement and reports updates to staff.
