Position Summary

This position provides comprehensive, value-based medication-related care to improve patient quality of life. The pharmacist collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use, including dispensing, monitoring therapy, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing pharmacy staff, maintaining medication security, and safeguarding patient confidentiality. The role also involves providing drug information support, ensuring continuity of care, and identifying potential challenges in medication management.

Requirements include current Indiana pharmacist licensure or eligibility, and completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency may be preferred.
