Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Pediatric Allergy Nurse to join a dynamic, fast-paced clinical team providing specialized care for pediatric allergy and immunologic conditions across satellite locations in the Boston area.

The role requires an RN with 0-1 year of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites in Boston, Newton, and Danvers. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• RN license required (State RN license)
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year
• Experience in pediatric allergy/clinical settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct oral food challenges and drug challenges
• Perform skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
• Administer biologic therapies and monitor response
• Manage environmental and oral immunotherapy treatments
• Provide patient and family education
• Perform phone triage and address concerns
• Complete prior authorizations and assist with care coordination
