Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Southborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Allergy team. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with an 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, support pre-visit and post-visit telephonic triage, educate patients, document in the EMR, and coordinate with physicians to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in MA.
• Experience in allergy/clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide pre-visit and post-visit telephonic support and patient education.
• Document history, lab results, and orders in the EMR for physician review.
• Coordinate with the care team to support integrated, team-based care.

Primary Location: 24 Newton Street, Southborough, MA

• Department: Allergy
• Schedule: Full time, 36 hours/weekly, Monday through Friday, scheduling between 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Position in this function is responsible for the effective delivery and management of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to standards of nursing practice. Provides appropriate care to patients ranging within the ages of infants to geriatrics. Provides pre-visit and post-visit telephonic support and patient education, populating the Electronic Medical Record with historical information, lab findings, and preliminary orders to be reviewed by the physician at the next clinic visit. Ad hoc visits to the clinical sites will also be scheduled to enhance coordination of team-based care.
