Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide age-appropriate care.
• Document in electronic medical record; manage health history and vital signs; answer patient messages.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment and participate in professional governance and development.
• Coordinate care delivery using care management principles to improve patient outcomes.
