Qualifications

• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Utah or eligible via Interstate Compact within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supervision during narcotics challenges and reaction management.
• Provides guidance and direction to health care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic patient care environment.
• Provides and oversees direct patient care per nursing protocol and physician orders.
