Vals AI, Inc. is seeking physicians and developmental experts to help build a child safety benchmark for AI systems.

This flexible, part-time contract role invites experts to evaluate how AI responds to children and teens, focusing on age-appropriate behavior, developmental risk, and safety in potentially harmful situations. You will design scenarios, define scoring rubrics, and review AI conversations for clinical and developmental risks.

Formación

• Requires medical or doctoral degree.
• Master’s-level clinicians should apply to a different role.

Responsabilidades

• Design realistic scenarios across developmental stages.
• Define evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics for safe AI behavior.
• Review and rate AI conversations for clinical, developmental, and safety risks.
• Identify failure modes such as missed risk signals or inappropriate content.
• Join calibration sessions with researchers and engineers.

MD/DO in child & adolescent psychiatry or related pediatrics
