Greenwood Pediatrics in Centennial, CO seeks a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for a full-time, on-site role (4 days/week plus at least 6 Saturdays/year). You will deliver comprehensive pediatric care, perform well-child visits, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and educate families, collaborating with pediatricians and the care team.

Active Colorado PA/NP license with current certification and PALS/DEA are required.

Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time (4 days per week + minimum 6 Saturdays per year) Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) role is an on-site position based in Centennial, CO. The provider will deliver comprehensive pediatric care, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for infants, children, and adolescents. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing well-child visits, managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient and family education. The PA or NP will collaborate closely with pediatricians and the wider care team, contribute to care plans, maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record, and participate in quality improvement and practice-based initiatives. The role also involves supporting families with guidance on growth, development, immunizations, and preventive care, while promoting a safe, inclusive, and family-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear, compassionate interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current national certification.
• Active Colorado state license as a PA or NP, with appropriate prescriptive authority.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics or training in pediatric primary care.
• Comfort with electronic health record systems and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and to adapt to the needs of a busy pediatric practice.

We offer a competitive base salary of $83,000 - $93,000, depending on experience, plus a productivity-based bonus. No call and no hospital rounding.
