Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Martha Eliot Health Center in Jamaica Plain. The role covers pediatric and adolescent care, including reproductive health, across ages from newborn to 22 years, with a weekend rotation at the Longwood campus.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and help develop care standards and policies, contributing to hospital-wide programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• 3-5 years NP experience in pediatric primary care preferred.
• Interest and experience working with an adolescent population preferred.
• Ability to work a weekend rotation to the Primary Care Clinic on the Longwood main campus.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, treating, and referring pediatric/adolescent patients.
• Provide urgent care and well-visit care for patients from newborn to 22 years.
• Adolescent health care including reproductive endocrine health and family planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to design evidence-based care.
• Develop and recommend standards, policies, and procedures of patient care.
• Participate in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs and committees.
• Work 40 hours per week, days M-F at Martha Eliot with weekend rotation in Longwood.
