Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, a leading pediatric hospital in Georgia, seeks a nurse manager to oversee unit operations, HR management, and special projects. The role coordinates project teams to ensure safe patient care and timely implementations, fostering a safe hospital environment.

Required: 3+ years in healthcare, RN licensure in Georgia, and leadership experience. Master’s degree and pediatric experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing, education, leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.

• Acts as clinical resource for patient population in area.

• May serve as unit leader in absence of manager.
• Participates in achievement of organizational and departmental goals.
• Participates in departmental national recognition data collection processes and analysis.
• Facilitates and coordinates work toward care standardization and performance improvement in accordance with evidence-based practice.
• Performs other responsibilities as required.
