Qualifications

• BSN required
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience
• GA RN licensure or multi-state via eNLC
• BLS within 30 days of employment
• PALS or PEARS within 1 year as required by department
• Professional Nursing Certification as required by department

Responsibilities

• Facilitates daily operations, patient flow, staffing assignments, and safe patient care.
• Engages in educational processes and coaches staff to promote professional development.
• Leads shift as unit leader in absence of manager and supports admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Supports a culture of safety and regulatory readiness across the unit.
