Job summary

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations within Nursing-Management at our Georgia facilities. You will coordinate patient flow, staffing assignments, and safe patient care while supporting a positive, collaborative work environment.

Lead ongoing staff development, participate in shared leadership, and drive efficient admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in GA or multi-state Compact (eNLC)
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment
• PALS or PEARS within 1 year of employment as required by department specifications
• Professional Nursing Certification deemed by department required after one year of hire

Responsibilities

• Supports environment for delivery of care.
• Acts as clinical resource for patient population in area.
