Job summary

The Nurse will independently deliver direct patient care, coordinate with care teams, and educate patients and families while adhering to safety standards and evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSN in Nursing is required.
• Active Texas RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prescribes, delegates and coordinates patient care with clinical judgment.
• Ensures safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations.
• Oversees care delivered by patient care team; coordinates plan of care.
• Educates patients and families with cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborates with physicians and other health professionals to implement care plans.
