Qualifications
- Master of Science or Doctorate in Nursing required.
- OH Certified Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility for telemedicine.
- OH RN license with eligibility for telemedicine.
- Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC) certification (PNCB).
- BLS certification.
- PALS certification within 3 months of hire.
- DEA certification.
Responsibilities
- assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of identified health needs.
- ordering and interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory tests.
- formulating, documenting, and monitoring treatment plans.
- routine wound or post-operative dressing management.
- ordering interdisciplinary consults.
- ordering pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies and/or interventions.
