Job summary

St. Louis Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric RN for a 24/7 access line role with hybrid scheduling. The position requires pediatric ICU or ED nursing experience and an active RN license. BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities include patient-centered care, education for families, and collaboration with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, effective treatment and smooth discharge planning.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 2+ years pediatric ICU or ED nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, medications and discharge plans.
• Promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with the interprofessional team.
