Job summary

DV Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA sessions in our Palmdale center and clients’ homes, under BCBA supervision. You’ll help children build communication, daily living, and social skills, while sessions are tracked for progress and shared with the BCBA and family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus).
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Spanish fluency is a bonus, and many of our families will be grateful for it, but it’s not required.

Responsibilities

• Run one-on-one ABA sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Help kids build communication, daily living, and social skills.
• Take session data accurately so your BCBA can see what’s working and adjust.
• Keep clear, timely session notes and protect client confidentiality.
• Partner with your BCBA, Program Manager, and families so every child gets consistent care.
• Prep materials and session activities that keep kids engaged.
• Show up for supervision and training, and bring your questions.
