DV Therapy Inc. in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved ABA programs within an integrated pediatric team.

You will supervise staff, design and evaluate treatment plans, and collaborate with SLPs and OTs to help children build skills to connect with the world. The role offers a base salary of $85K–$100K per year, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) match up to 5%, CEU

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (BACB).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus!.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
• Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes.
