Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring a Part-time, Hourly Registered Behavior Technician to support pediatric ABA services in the Stamford area. You will provide direct ABA instruction, work with BCBA and other therapists, and communicate regularly with families to share resources and progress.

Requirements include 1–2 years with children 2–21 in supervised settings, undergraduate study in relevant fields, and BACB RBT certification; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with children ages 2–21 in supervised setting
• Undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field
• Experience using ABA; RBT certification preferred/required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies for home/community use
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state and federal regulations
