DV Therapy Inc. is seeking a qualified Program Manager to translate clinical direction into effective plans, coach technicians and parents, and drive data-driven strategies across our sites and in-home settings.
You will design and refine individualized treatment plans with supervision, conduct functional assessments, and track progress to guide interventions, while ensuring timely documentation and ongoing professional development.
Every kid we work with already has something remarkable in them. Some days it's a first word. Other days it's a calm transition, a high-five with a sibling, or a full meal at the family table without a melt-down. Our job is to clear the path so the world gets to see it.
At DV Therapy, we call our approach Fan First. We're not here to collect clients. We're here to earn fans: families who see their child making progress and feel like true partners in it, not just recipients of a service. That only happens when the programs behind the sessions are thoughtful, data-driven, and built for a real kid in a real home.
That's where you come in. As a Program Manager, you'll take your supervising BCBA's clinical direction and turn it into plans that work. You'll find the pattern in the data, adjust a strategy before it stalls, and coach the technicians and parents who carry it forward every day. When a family tells us their kid did something they weren't sure they'd ever see, your fingerprints will be on it.
Our core values aren't wall art. They're how we hire, coach, and show up for each other: Respect, Engaged & Driven, Super Flexible, Proficient, Empathetic, Communicative, and Tenacious.

"I've worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I'm learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations."
— Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs
"The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I'm guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid's motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away."
— Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale
"I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other."
— Selena M., Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
