Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to conduct Individual Diagnostic Interviews (IDIs) for clients pursuing ABA therapy.

The LIMHP will perform comprehensive intake assessments and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to initiate services promptly. Qualifications

• Current LIMHP license in Nebraska in good standing.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to complete documentation in a timely and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IDIs for children and adolescents referred for ABA therapy services.
• Complete required documentation and submit assessment reports promptly.
• Determine medical necessity for ABA services per insurance and Medicaid.
• Coordinate with families, BCBAs, and administrative staff for clear intake communication.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethics standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training as needed.
