DV Therapy Learning Center in California seeks an ABA Clinical Director to steward clinical programs, ensure compliance, and elevate trust with families. You will lead clinical staff, shape policies, and coordinate with operations across multiple centers.
The role offers base salary $100k–$110k, no caseload, comprehensive benefits, and a Bonus Profit Sharing program. You must hold a Master’s in ABA or related field and be BCBA in good standing with at least five years of BCBA experience and two+
DV Therapy Learning Center is not in the business of simply providing therapy. DV Therapy is in the business of learning, growth, trust, experience, and transformation. The goal is not to find clients, the goal is to create fans. The short version: we're not in the business of delivering therapy hours. We're in the business of learning, growth, trust, and transformation - and we don't measure ourselves by whether a family stays enrolled. We measure ourselves by whether they'd tell someone else about us. Every touchpoint, from the first phone call to a Tuesday session to the way an invoice reads, is something we're actively working to make less frictional and more human.
For an ABA Clinical Director, that shapes the job. You'll keep our ABA programs clinically sound and compliant, but that's just the floor. Above that, you'll be asking at every point where ABA touches a family whether what we're doing is actually earning their trust. We expect leaders here to identify, report, advise, act, and repeat. You'll have room to change things, and we'll expect you to use it. If you want to build one alongside a leadership team that names its gaps out loud, this is a good seat.
We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). You'll work inside the Vision/Traction Organizer, run and participate in Level 10 meetings, and own quarterly Rocks. If you've led in an EOS company, you'll recognize the rhythm immediately. If you haven't, we'll teach it - what matters is that you want clear priorities and visible accountability.
We also hire and evaluate against GWC: you get the role and where the company is going, you want it for real, and you have the capacity - skills, experience, and time - to do it at a high level.
And we hold each other to our core values:
We're not a huge organization but we are owned by a single clinician so this is a really amazing opportunity for someone to truly get in on building a culture, not just a program.

"I've worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I'm learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations."
- Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs
"The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I'm guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid's motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away."
- Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale
"I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other."
- Selena M., Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
