Job summary

Rise Up For Autism LLC in Tinley Park, IL seeks an RBT/BT to deliver one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children aged 2–14, in center or in-home settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision and maintain accurate progress data.

The role requires compassion, strong communication, time management, and the ability to work with families. Training includes 40 hours of behavioral therapy and RBT certification; prior experience in behavioral health

Qualifications

• Must have or complete 40 hours of behavioral therapy training.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy to children ages 2-14 in center or in-home environments.
• Create a fun and encouraging learning environment.
• Help learners manage challenging behaviors by implementing treatment plans across multiple domains.
• Collect and record data on daily progress.
• Toilet training and diaper changing may be required.
• Observe child behaviors to collect data.
• Inform parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings.
