Job summary

A behavioral health therapy provider in Chicago is seeking full-time or part-time Registered Behavior Therapist to deliver ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, maintaining progress records, and collaborating with families. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and a desire to work with children. Certification as an RBT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Desire to work with children and experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• Commitment to become certified and maintain the RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA therapy 1:1 or in small groups to children on the Autism Spectrum.
• Maintain precise client progress records, including data sheets and daily notes.
• Collaborate with client family and related professionals for updates and concerns.
