Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy in Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA. Training is provided.

The position is based in both home and center environments with competitive compensation. You’ll collect data, track progress, and communicate findings to parents and team while supporting individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or related equivalence.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Detail-oriented data collection, recording, and communication of a child’s progress to parents and team.
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis in home and center settings.
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision of a BCBA.
