Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team in North Aurora, IL. The role involves 1:1 work with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing ABA programs under supervision of a BCBA, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
