Job summary

First Day Homecare is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for clients in the Chelsea, Ypsilanti, and Dexter areas. The role includes potential overnight staffing and requires delivering high-quality, compassionate care in the client’s home.

You will work with a supportive clinical and scheduling team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and receive paid training and ongoing clinical support while making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
• Administer medications and monitor client condition.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate care with families and team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
