First Day Homecare is seeking an experienced LPN to perform skilled nursing functions for pediatric private duty clients across Michigan. Work includes overnight shifts and weekend coverage, with care plans and practitioner orders guiding all nursing services.

Must hold MI LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Join a team focused on family-centered pediatric care with opportunities for 1:1 client focus and potential bonuses.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with LPN license in Michigan.
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provides professional nursing care as defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Administers medications and follows client care plans and orders.
• Documents changes in orders in the medical record per agency procedures.
• Performs pediatric skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings.
• Collaborates with the client’s care team and ensures safety for clients and staff.
• Adheres to agency policies and participates in care coordination and meetings.
• Performs related duties as needed.
