You’ll support daily food service operations, assist the Convenience Store Manager with staff oversight, merchandising and production planning, and ensure food safety compliance while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, a positive team culture, and a fast-paced environment.

This position supports daily operations of the store's food service program, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, sanitation, and team performance. This role assists the Convenience Store Manager in overseeing staff, executing merchandising and production plans, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, and driving sales growth. The Food Service Assistant Manager serves as a hands-on leader who helps create a positive, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
