Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products at various retail locations. You will travel within a region to ensure proper merchandising and timely completion of projects, using your own smartphone to access assignments and communicate with the team.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a valid driver's license, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
