Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to multiple store locations within your region and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or special projects.

This role requires a smartphone, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan for work communications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within a designated area or region.
