Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Surge Merchandisers to stock and display products at assigned retail stores, coordinate with store teams, and execute promotions. You will travel to multiple locations within your region, using a company mobile app to report results and communicate with the team.

A valid driver’s license, smartphone with data, and reliable transportation are required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support a flexible schedule for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to maintain displays.
• Complete visits and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotions and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
