Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. You will travel between stores to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods, special projects, or urgent needs, using a mobile device to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Ideal candidates have basic retail/merchandising experience, a reliable smartphone, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Have a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to stores within a region.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and report results using the mobile app.
• Assist with the setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
