Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Surge Merchandisers to support retail clients by ensuring displays are well-stocked and properly shown. You will travel to multiple store locations, work with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

The role requires access to a personal smartphone for assignments and communication, and you will report results via the company app. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for full and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• English conversational proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company's mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
