Job summary

Indiana Packers Corporation in Delphi, IN is seeking reliable Associate Production Peak Season team members on the Cold Side. This full-time role involves processing, packaging, and inspecting meat products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Shifts pay $20.00 per hour for first shift and $21.00 for second shift, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and on-the-job training. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work August 2026 through February 2027.
• Able to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in meat processing or manufacturing helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and works well in a team environment.
• Committed to following all company food safety and workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks including cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products for shipment.
• Operate production machinery and equipment following proper procedures.
• Support food safety and quality assurance standards per USDA regulations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols and wear PPE.
• Keep work areas clean and ready for production.
• Work efficiently with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist supervisors and management with additional duties as assigned.
