Rambus seeks a Principal Reliability Engineer in San Jose, CA to join our Reliability Engineering team. This full-time role supports NPI, product life cycle, BOM management, and collaboration with wafer fabs and OSATs. Hybrid work with onsite majority is encouraged.

Ideal candidates hold a EE degree, have ATE/Advantest V93k experience, and can lead complex analysis from design to RMA/sustaining support. Rambus offers competitive compensation and benefits across a global memory interface

Qualifikationen

• Experience in New Product Introduction.
• Experience Product life cycle and BOM.
• Experience working with Wafer fab Foundry and Test & Assembly OSAT's.
• Experience and knowledge of ATE. Advantest V93k experience preferred.
• Experience in Analog, mixed signal and power semiconductor circuits and devices including switching and linear regulators, drivers, references, ADC, OTP/MTP.
• Ability to independently learn and problem solve.
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.

Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Principal Reliability Engineer to join our Reliability Engineering team in San Jose, CA. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Principal Reliability Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Director of Reliability Engineering and is a Full-Time position.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $153,000 to $229,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
