Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university (REQUIRED).
• Minimum 4 years of related experience as a licensed professional (REQUIRED).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and TRACE or similar load‑calculation software (REQUIRED).
• Healthcare project experience (REQUIRED).
• Ability to design and coordinate mechanical building systems (REQUIRED).

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical building systems including HVAC equipment and ductwork.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor designers on mechanical system designs and construction documents.
• Perform load calculations and equipment selections.
• Develop construction drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate mech systems with architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
