Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Raleigh, North Carolina. The position offers an annual salary of $100,000–$130,000 and focuses on designing building mechanical systems, preparing construction documents, and serving as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.

Healthcare project experience and an active PE license are required. Travel up to 20% may be involved depending on projects and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PE licensure is required (Professional Engineer).
• Minimum 4 years of related experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical building systems including HVAC and related equipment.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing disciplines.
• Develop construction drawings, details, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and oversee design development.
