Pape-Dawson Engineers in Atlanta is seeking a full-time PE licensed Project Manager, Site Development to lead the design, permitting, and client communications for a range of commercial development projects. You will supervise engineers and technicians and coordinate with landscape architects and land surveyors to deliver compliant, high-quality plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
5+ years of site design, planning, and project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, plan production, and permitting for land development projects.
Mentor engineers and technical staff to serve clients well.
Engage in proposal development and client agreements.
Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders.
Be respectful of client time-lines through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets and schedules.
Champion the professional development of each member of a project team according to individual goals.
Seek guidance from other leaders; be open to suggestions in various aspects of project management.
Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations.
