Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as a Project Manager within our Site Development team in the Franklin/Nashville area. This role leads project design, client communication, permitting, and overall project management for a range of commercial development projects.

The Project Manager will collaborate with in-house civil engineers, landscape architects, land planners, transportation professionals, and surveyors to deliver thoughtful, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• 5+ years of experience in site design, planning and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, plan production, and permitting for land development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with internal teams.
• Coordinate with clients and public agencies to obtain approvals and permits.
