CTL Engineering, a multi-location civil engineering firm, seeks a Construction Project Engineer to lead construction administration and inspection for roadway/bridge projects in central Ohio. You will monitor standards, read blueprints, manage teams, and coordinate with clients across state and local agencies.

A PE license and strong communication skills are essential. The role offers field and office work with opportunities to travel regionally, plus a comprehensive benefits package including

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE licensure is required.
• 5+ years of applicable experience preferred.
• 2+ years of construction material inspection and testing experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all aspects of construction administration and inspection services for roadway/bridge projects.
• Manage roadway/bridge projects and municipal utility or infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with Marketing on technical proposals.
• Monitor and enforce standards and specifications.
• Read and apply blueprints and construction documents on infrastructure projects.
• Travel to project sites to inspect construction projects and ensure contractor compliance.
• Supervise technicians and inspectors performing inspection work and materials testing.
• Oversee on-site inspections including soil and concrete tests; verify plan quantities.
• Prepare and maintain project records and reports.
