Job summary

CTL Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer for Construction Services with 0-5 years of experience. The role focuses on construction administration and inspection for state projects (ODOT).

You will oversee roadway/bridge projects, travel to sites, and collaborate with municipal agencies while supporting proposals and budgets. Based in the northwest Ohio region, this position involves a mix of field and office work and requires a prequalified Construction Engineer 1 with ODOT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 0–5 years of experience targeted; ODOT prequalification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in construction administration and inspection for infrastructure projects.
• Manage roadway/bridge projects and municipal utilities.
• Support proposal development, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Dept on technical aspects of proposals.
• Travel to project sites for inspections and testing as needed.
