Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer for Mission Critical Healthcare and Pharmaceutical projects. This fully remote role requires a PE license and at least 10 years of experience delivering healthcare facilities, cleanrooms, and cGMP environments.

You will lead electrical design including power distribution, UPS/generator systems, lighting, and fire alarm, coordinating with architects and other engineers, mentoring juniors, and producing construction documents and technical reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited program.
10+ years of experience delivering healthcare, cleanrooms, laboratories, FDA-regulated environments, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and cGMP facilities.
Must have conceptual design experience for engineering consulting firms
REVIT software proficiency required and expected.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of electrical systems for mission-critical healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities.
Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, arc flash studies, and protective device coordination using SKM or ETAP.
Ensure designs comply with NEC, NFPA 70E, and healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and construction managers to integrate electrical systems.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to development of best practices.
