Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a PE Development Specialist to support supplier development for PE system assemblies. You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets, while working closely with internal teams on part feasibility and project progress.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, good communication, and the ability to review 2D/3D drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; Korean language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with part development and implementations for assigned projects with Suppliers and other departments.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and provide management reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal/external customers.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via value engineering and ECR proposals.
