Green Key Resources is seeking a private equity analyst with 1–3 years since college to join a transaction-focused team. You will support secondary and co-investment processes, coordinate closings, and work closely with investment, finance and legal teams.

The role sits at the intersection of investment execution, fund operations, and portfolio reporting, reporting to a Partner. Five-days-in-office is required as the team collaborates across functions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years out of college with feeder-backgrounds (operations, fund administration, audit or investment-operations).
• Strong Excel skills and highly detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Understanding of PE mechanics: fund structures, partnerships, capital calls, distributions and NAV reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support LP-led secondary, GP-led and co-investment deals, coordinating closing documentation.
• Reconcile information from fund managers and administrators; answer investment-team questions.
• Produce internal, client and ad hoc reporting; track treasury and accounting requests.
• Coordinate AML/KYC documentation; manage refreshes and compliance records.
