Harris Williams seeks an Associate to join the Financial Sponsor Coverage team in the Richmond, Virginia office. The role focuses on delivering client-ready analyses, market insights, and compelling marketing content to support private equity coverage and origination priorities.

You will collaborate closely with FSC senior bankers and analysts to drive workstreams, develop proprietary data analyses, and expand sponsor relationships while upholding the firm's standards.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking, business acumen, and CRM knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banker platforms such as PitchBook, Mergermarket, CapIQ and Upslide.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Directs and prioritizes the team's workstreams with senior bankers.
• Leads development of proprietary data analyses and market insights.
• Owns strategy and generation of marketing materials for client meetings.
• Supports FSC reporting and CRM data services.
• Manages coordination with analysts, SCCs, and senior bankers.
