Job summary

Harris Williams seeks an Experienced Associate to join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure group in its Richmond, VA office. You will work closely with senior bankers and analysts on live deals, contributing ideas and leading workstreams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant investment banking or private equity experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate to the designated office.
• FINRA licensing: SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and senior bankers on live deals.
• Drive work forward in partnership with analysts.
• Lead analytical work and oversee junior team workstreams.
• Present findings and support deal execution.
