Harris Williams in Richmond, VA is seeking an Associate to join the Financial Sponsor Coverage team. The role delivers client-ready analyses and materials, supporting senior bankers and PE client coverage across the firm.

You will lead workstreams, develop proprietary data analyses, and help craft presentations for PE clients. 2-4 years in IB or PE, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM and deal intelligence tools are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of business and financial markets concepts.
• Proficient with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint and industry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directs and prioritizes workstreams with analysts and senior bankers.
• Leads proprietary data analyses and market insights for PE coverage.
• Owns marketing materials and origination support for client meetings.
• Coordinates with FSC team to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Develops and maintains client-ready analyses and materials.
