Job summary

Benesch is actively seeking a Civil Construction Engineer in Colorado. This role involves contributing to construction projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project compliance. The ideal candidate must possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a PE License, coupled with 6+ years of related experience.

This position offers a salary range of $95,000–$115,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a construction role is desired.
• Prior experience working with cities, counties, or local municipalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation of construction activities.
• Prepare Inspector’s Daily Reports and project documentation as required.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals relating to assigned work.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organization and ability to perform services efficiently

Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment

Ability to work outside on foot for extended periods

Willingness to be flexible with variable work shifts

Good driving record and valid driver’s license

Education

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
