Qualifications

• PE license required with civil engineering degree.
• Minimum of five years of Water/Wastewater design experience.
• Experience with municipal water/wastewater projects and related design.
• Ability to review Shop Drawings, RFIs, and Engineers Directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop designs, reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, permitting docs, and analyses.
• Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regs, standards and client requirements.
• Provide construction support, design reviews, and field issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
