Global Placement Firm in Rogers, AR is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to join our team. The role focuses on leading site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects, with responsibility for planning, developing, and managing engineering work from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), and a PE license in Arkansas or eligibility via comity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Masters preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arkansas or eligible via comity.
• 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience in site development, land development, or public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Develop and review site development plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Provide oversight on municipal infrastructure designs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Oversee junior team members and provide technical mentorship.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and profitability.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
